How long will it take for your order to ship?
Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Generally speaking, processing takes 1-2 business day and goes out for delivery the next business day. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. All orders come with tracking.

Mela Moore Exclusive Appearance LLC prides ourselves on excellent customer satisfaction. All sales come with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We accept returns on regular priced items within 7 days of receiving an item. You will receive store credit. There are no refunds, but we will issue you store credit for items.

What if my product is damaged during shipping?
